St. Luke's Boise/Meridian includes outreach hospital services in Boise, Meridian, Nampa/Caldwell, Baker City, Fruitland, and Mountain Home.
Insurance plans have contracts with health providers and facilities to lower your out-of-pocket expense. Please verify with your insurance carrier that St. Luke's is an in-network facility/provider and that the planned services are covered by your individual plan's benefits.
